Aluminum Cans for Burn Victims

An easy way to both support the Southeastern Firefighters' Burn Foundation’s work and be kind to the environment!  This green program began in 1988 to fund assistance programs that help meet the special needs of  burn survivors and their families.  Southeastern-Firefighters-Burn-Foundation-2Funds help pay for special clothing, therapeutic equipment, and other non-medical items that are typically excluded from medical insurance plans.  Maintenance for the Shirley Badke Retreat is also funded by the ACBV program.  Supporting this program couldn’t be much easier. Simply save your aluminum cans and drop them off at the Cowpens Fire Department donation trailer, and encourage your company, family, friends, and neighbors to do the same.

Through the generous donations of the community the Cowpens Fire Department recently donated approximately $450.00 dollars to the program.  We would like to thank everyone for their continued support.  We look forward to continuing on with the program and continued donations to assist burn victims.
